Production Planner

The Ideal candidate will be working in the custom fabrication shop environment planning production for the shop and will be responsible for scheduling all production. 

Will work with the operation and production managers to ensure on-time delivery.  Will plan and establish production schedules to ensure the most efficient use of available capacity. 

Will monitor material inventories and requisition materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands and maintain appropriate inventories.

Will revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production, and engineering. Please forward resume to


Experience:
Minimum: 3 years experience in a manufacturing related position.
Preferred: 3 years of inventory planning experience in related industry.

Special Skills Required:
Working knowledge of computer platforms and related hardware and software.  Proficient with spreadsheet, database and word processing applications. Good written and verbal communication, and math skills.   Detail oriented.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift/carry and move materials weighing up to 25 lbs., move about the factory, turn on and operate a computer in the applicable environment, communicate efficiently and effectively on the telephone or in person, and complete required paperwork. Exposed to noise, dust and heat in non air-conditioned factory.

Marketing Rep / New Account Development

Position with our Marketing Group phone contacting buyers, maintenance through engineering personnel at refineries, chemical plants, engineering companies, vessel fabricators, OEM's, advertising leads, etc.

Individual will be responsible for product introduction and new account development.

We are a manufacturer of mist eliminators and additional related separation products used throughout the petrochemical, refining, environmental, power and many other industries.

Candidate must possess strong verbal skills, self starter, aggressive and be computer literate.

We prefer ACT or similar contact management database experience, however, will train right individual.

Daily responsibilities: individual will use material resources made available by Amistco to contact target customers and introduce Amistco to the target account.

Literature to be forwarded and database updated. Leads to be coordinated with outside sales reps.

We will be hiring 3 individuals who will be responsible for sectors of our marketing group. This is a ground floor opportunity with group management potential. This department is newly created with the recent expansion of our manufacturing and marketing facility.

A marketing degree is preferred, however, we will consider candidates with any related heavy phone contacting/marketing experience or candidate with considered potential.
